Dr. Adèle Mirbey-Stallard is a dedicated dentist born and raised in Dijon, France, where she completed her undergraduate studies. After passing her Baccalauréat in science with honors, she moved to the United States to attend Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania, where she pursued a pre-medical program and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics, graduating magna cum laude with honors. She then spent a year at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City as a Research Coordinator for Orthopedic Surgeons, focusing on the brachial plexus. Dr. Mirbey-Stallard graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine and has been practicing general dentistry in Orlando since 2016. She is also an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mirbey-Stallard enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially with her two children. She loves watching movies, exploring new restaurants as a self-proclaimed “foodie,” and staying active. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, she also carries a lifelong passion for dance. She has practiced ballet and modern dance since age three and continues to perform aerial arts, including silks, lyra (hoop), and hammock, twice a year in showcases. She also enjoys pilates, yoga, and Beachbody fitness programs, previously working as a Beachbody coach and Turbo Kick instructor.
