My dental hygienist, Libia, was very professional, patient, gentle, and friendly. She made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. My husband also had a great experience with his hygienist, Jennifer, who was kind, professional, and caring. We also really appreciated the dental assistants, Michelle and Jojo. Finding a trustworthy dentist in Clermont is a minefield—they are on every corner, and I spent days reading over good and bad reviews trying to figure out where to go. I had a nightmare dentist as a kid who eventually lost his license due to drugs(cokehead), which left me with a massive phobia. I know it was just bad luck and that there are cool dentists out there...but after having a bad one you kinda just want nothing to do with them unfortunately...Combined with losing some teeth over the years to skateboarding, fighting (and losing) and being in hardcore/punk and noise bands, plus spending the last 15 years entirely focused on taking care of my mom(advanced dementia), I completely put off dental care. I pretty much stopped smiling with my teeth showing and hated talking to people because I felt like I looked like a monster(i did). I didn’t even know if I’d prefer a male or female doctor...which mattered very little but thought it may make a difference. Taking a chance on Dr. Marissa Burkholder was the best roll of the dice I’ve ever made. From day one, the front desk staff greeted me with zero anxiety, and they actually remembered me by name at every single appointment. Dr. Burkholder and Michelle (who has been absolutely wonderful at keeping me calm) are phenomenal. I had never had a female dentist before, but it was hands-down the right choice. Both of them are young, beautiful, highly professional, and have a killer sense of humor. They actually listened to my concerns, remembered the details of my personal history, and drafted a clear, step-by-step plan from start to finish so I always knew what to expect.  just finished a 7-month process and got my permanent teeth placed today. The 2 surgeries i had involved very little pain or discomfort, and they made sure I had the necessary prescription medication to manage the healing. If you are procrastinating like I did, don't follow in my footsteps. I wish I hadn’t waited 15 years, but I’m trying not to live with regret. My confidence isn't 100% back overnight, and honestly, having a full mouth of teeth right now feels like a weird traffic jam that makes me a little claustrophobic. Eating is a completely different ballgame now with a lot of new chewing limitations while I adapt, but I can speak with zero issues and I am no longer hiding my mouth. I am incredibly lucky that I took a chance on this practice and wasn't wrong. I have zero fear of the dentist now, and I actually look forward to going back, seeing them smile, and trading jokes to keep us all in good spirits... Their pricing is completely fair and normal for routine work, and everything is settled with no surprise future repair costs hanging over me. Just awesome, and this is coming from someone who has severe dental phobia, I've had wisdom teeth removal and a root canal i felt no pain and i healed great! I had the courage to go back and do my regular exam, everything was explained to me thoroughly i love that Dr . Dr. Burkholder and her staff were more than amazing. I had a great experience with her and the team, including Michelle and a very kind Venezuelan woman whose name I unfortunately never asked for. They were incredibly flexible throughout my treatment. When I had to cancel, they helped me reschedule and worked around my tight schedule without any hassle. The treatment itself was excellent, absolutely perfect. They were very communicative and informative, patiently explaining everything about my health and my teeth. I had some extensive work done, and I can honestly say this is the best dentistry I’ve been to. Customer support was on point, and the ladies at the front desk were all kind, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend to anyone. I had an appointment that I had to change. They gave me an earlier one. I got in quickly for my cleaning and was done in 45 minutes. The hygienist was thorough and professional. They finished replacing a crown. There was tooth decay and Dr. Stallard drilled it out. It didn’t hurt. They put a temporary in and a few weeks later put in a permanent crown. That happened today. I have nothing but good things to say about my visits there. They are all extremely friendly and helpful. They answered every question I asked even though I felt like I had a lot of questions. I'm so glad I found them and they're so close to  I couldn't ask for more. I have just one small thing I wanna say and that is that the  that said that the desk there should not be chewing gum, especially while they're talking to you. there's nothing worse than somebody snapping their gum or chewing with their mouth wide open While you're talking to them. They're sitting at your desk  representing the company and then and that is my only complaint. The actual treatment that I needed to have done after 3-4 visits now I have nothing but positive and hope that it stays that way. It would just be so much better if there was no chewing gum or eating at the desk. It just doesn't look good especially when you're standing there and they're ignoring you it  be kind of frustrating but all that doesn't stop me from giving them a perfect review. I know the company will probably read this and maybe put some new standards in place for how they need to act at the desk and that's a good thing.
