I absolutely love the care and concern I receive for regular dental work, but also my Invisalign treatment. All my kids had braces years ago, but I thought it was too late for me. She also explained everything she was doing and gave me clear instructions throughout the entire process, which helped me feel relaxed and confident. This office is amazing from Mari in the front desk to the assistants to the hygienist to the DR! Just awesome, and this is coming from someone who has severe dental phobia, I've had wisdom teeth removal and a root canal i felt no pain and i healed great! I had the courage to go back and do my regular exam, everything was explained to me thoroughly i love that Dr . Adele listens and explains everything, and can confidently say I'm almost to the point im not afraid of the dentist :) you will not be disappointed becoming a patient in this office! also kudos to Mari at the front she would answer all my questions since i was so nervous and would stay on the phone with me and not rush me off, exceptional customer service!

Dr. Burkholder and her staff were more than amazing. I had a great experience with her and the team, including Michelle and a very kind Venezuelan woman whose name I unfortunately never asked for. They were incredibly flexible throughout my treatment. When I had to cancel, they helped me reschedule and worked around my tight schedule without any hassle. The treatment itself was excellent, absolutely perfect. They were very communicative and informative, patiently explaining everything about my health and my teeth. I had some extensive work done, and I can honestly say this is the best dentistry I’ve been to. Customer support was on point, and the ladies at the front desk were all kind, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend to anyone. I had an appointment that I had to change. They gave me an earlier one. I got in quickly for my cleaning and was done in 45 minutes. The hygienist was thorough and professional. They finished replacing a crown. There was tooth decay and Dr. Stallard drilled it out. It didn’t hurt. They put a temporary in and a few weeks later put in a permanent crown. That happened today. I have nothing but good things to say about my visits there. They are all extremely friendly and helpful. They answered every question I asked even though I felt like I had a lot of questions. I'm so glad I found them and they're so close to  I couldn't ask for more. I have just one small thing I wanna say and that is that the  that said that the desk there should not be chewing gum, especially while they're talking to you. there's nothing worse than somebody snapping their gum or chewing with their mouth wide open While you're talking to them. They're sitting at your desk  representing the company and then and that is my only complaint. The actual treatment that I needed to have done after 3-4 visits now I have nothing but positive and hope that it stays that way. It would just be so much better if there was no chewing gum or eating at the desk. It just doesn't look good especially when you're standing there and they're ignoring you it  be kind of frustrating but all that doesn't stop me from giving them a perfect review. I know the company will probably read this and maybe put some new standards in place for how they need to act at the desk and that's a good thing.
