Dr. Adèle Mirbey-Stallard
“Dentistry is a matter of your heart as much as your hands and head. Most patients don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
Her Mission
Dr. Mirbey-Stallard is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care tailored specifically to each patient. Her goal is to deliver a wide range of gentle treatments and procedures as painlessly as possible and conducted in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
After each visit, she hopes to increase oral health awareness and foster relationships that will last for a lifetime.
About Dr. Mirbey-Stallard
Dr. Adèle Mirbey-Stallard was born and raised in Dijon, France, where she completed all of her undergraduate studies. After passing her Baccalauréat in science with honors, she attended Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania to pursue a pre-medical program and accomplish a Bachelor of Arts, graduating magna cum laude with honors in the field of mathematics. She then took a year off to work at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City as a Research Coordinator for Orthopedic Surgeons focusing on the brachial plexus. Dr. Mirbey-Stallard then attended Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine and has been practicing general dentistry since 2016 in the Orlando area. Dr. Mirbey-Stallard is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
She is experienced in all areas of general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry and is an Invisalign® Gold Plus provider. She is committed to continuing education and staying current on the latest research, techniques, and technology in the dental field.
When she isn’t practicing dentistry, Dr. Mirbey-Stallard loves spending time with her friends and family, especially with her two kids. She enjoys watching movies and trying out new restaurants, considering herself a “foodie.”
Dr. Mirbey-Stallard also enjoys fitness and staying active. Having practiced ballet and modern dance since she was three years old, she is passionate about dancing and aerial arts involving silks, lyra (hoop), and hammock. Dr. Mirbey-Stallard performs aerial acrobatics twice a year at her school for showcases. When she isn't hanging from the ceiling, she also participates in pilates, yoga, and Beachbody Fitness programs, having previously worked as a Beachbody coach and a Turbo Kick instructor.
Dr. Mirbey-Stallard is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
Dr. Mary Wick, DMD-MPH
When one thinks of the perfect dentist, gentility, compassion, and patience come to mind. But what if you added a passion to help entire communities achieve dental health? Enter Dr. Mary Wick, DMD-MPH, Clermont Dentistry's newest practitioner.
"My dream has always been to do something bigger than myself, and it was through my time working in public health dentistry that I developed a strong passion for helping others and communities achieve their oral health goals,” Dr. Wick shares. Public health dentistry focuses on the assessment of dental health needs on a larger scale at the community level, and how the practice of dentistry can meet those needs. Her interest in public health dentistry began during her time at the University of Miami. Born and raised in Miami, Dr. Wick attended UM for both her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Public Health.
“As I pursued my Master of Public Health degree, I became a dental assistant and community outreach coordinator for a mobile community dental clinic. For over 5 years I worked as the lead dental assistant and organized outreach events to deliver essential dental care services to unserved communities in South Florida,” Dr. Wick reflects. This experience changed the trajectory of her life, shaping her path, as she transitioned into dental school at Nova Southeastern. However it was her background in public health dentistry that led her to take leadership roles in numerous organizations at NSU.
“Through these roles, I was able to bring back mission trips for NSU in Puerto Rico and Jamaica, which had become non-existent due to COVID. I am still involved with the planning and implementation of such trips with NSU by serving as an attending/adjunct faculty,” Dr. Wick explained.
Her practice is backed by numerous awards, including the American Association of Public Health Dentistry 2024 Community Dentistry and Dental Public Health Award, the 2024 Award of Excellence presented by the American Student Dental Association, both the 2024 and 2023 Community Builder of the Year for the American Student Dental Association and the 2023 Deans Community Service Award.
She also mentioned, “Awards are wonderful, but I strongly believe that the patient's needs always come first. My goal is to provide proficient and compassionate dental care, always making sure my patients feel like family and at ease during treatment.” She will serve her new practice with general, restorative and implant dentistry.
Dr. Wick is a certified shopaholic when she is out of the office. She also enjoys volunteer dental care for the non-profit mobile dental clinic “Caring for Miami” and also serves at the pop-up outreach clinic organization “Remote Area Medical.”
During football season, you will find her cheering on her alma mater the Miami Hurricanes (GO CANES!). Dr. Wick says, “I also love spending time with my niece and nephew, going country line dancing, or taking the boat out for spearfishing and diving. I also help out at the NSU College of DentalMedicine as an attending/adjunct faculty for outreaches and mission trips to help teach current dental students about providing care in struggling communities.”
Ashley Moore, Dental Hygienist
Ashley always knew she wanted to be in a career where she could help people. She has been in the dental industry since 2015 and loves witnessing the renewed confidence that healthy smiles bring her patients. Routinely seeing her patients one-on-one and forming personal connections brings her joy and fulfillment, and she makes sure her passion shines through her work every day. Her mission is to give her patients the highest standard of care and educate them on the total-body importance of oral health.
In her free time, Ashley loves spending time with her daughter and going to Universal. She’s also a big Harry Potter fan.
Ryan Bermudez, Front Desk
Originally from the Poconos, Pennsylvania, Ryan relocated to Florida because she always dreamt of living near the beach. She has spent many years in the hospitality industry, from restaurants to hotels, and knows what it takes to provide exceptional customer service to her patients. Ryan is passionate about helping people feel better about themselves and changing one smile at a time. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children in her spare time. They enjoy going to the library together and share a love for reading. Ryan is also passionate about cooking and baking.
Stephanie Thomas, Dental Assistant
Originally from Denver, Colorado, Stephanie is a compassionate dental assistant who has lived in Orlando since 2006 and has worked in dentistry since 2017. Her mission is to make her patients’ visits as comfortable and easy as possible by providing the best quality of care tailored to their needs and wants. She cherishes the feeling she gets knowing she has helped someone get out of pain or feel prouder and more confident about their smile. She lives by the understanding that patients may forget almost everything you say to them, but they will always remember the feeling of a great experience in the dental chair.
Outside of dentistry, she is passionate about health and wellness and loves spending time with her three children. They enjoy bike riding, swimming, and going to amusement parks together. She also enjoys music, exercising, reading, hanging out with friends, and watching documentaries in her free time.
